The Rocky Boy Veterans Center is a one-stop-shop for Veterans seeking assistance ranging from VA enrollment and benefits to housing to business and employment assistance.
Our goals are to ensure Rocky Boy Veterans and Service Members receive the care and benefits they have earned through their service to this country and the Chippewa-Cree people; and to advance and develop the Rocky Boy Veteran community, ultimately furthering the advancement of the Chippewa-Cree people.
The RBVC is staffed and administered by Veterans. Veterans share a unique experience common across all ages, from the older Veterans of WWII and Korea to the younger generation of Veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts. This shared experience makes the staff at the Veterans Center specially qualified to assist other Veterans.
Who We Serve
The RBVC serves 339 tribal enrolled Veterans of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe. Of these, 270 reside on the reservation, 37 reside in communities across the state of Montana and an additional 32 tribal enrolled members are currently serving in the military.
Although the RBVC primarily serves American Indian Veterans, we also provide services and assist non-Indian Veterans and Service Members.
Veterans helping Veterans for a Better Future
The Rocky Boy Veterans Center will become the hub for Veterans, Service Members and their families to receive all benefits they have earned in their service to the Chippewa-Cree people and country.
